Happy Halloween, Game Changers! Before you break out your witch hats and cat ears, I’ve got this week’s #Tashatips video, and you’re definitely going to want to see what I’ve got in store for you this time.
I love agility workouts – they help you with so many aspects of the game. Today’s video is the first in a four-part series in agility exercises, so get ready to add some great new drills to your routine.
When you think of hurdles, you might think of barriers in your way to success. Today, though, we’re using physical hurdles to work on our stride length, running form, and speed. Make your way over them the same way you’d overcome other hurdles in your life: with perseverance, strength, and practice.

- Leg Ups and Knee Ups
We’ll be working on the proper leg, foot, and arm form, posture, and generating speed. It’ll all pay off when you’re running the bases or sprinting through the outfield.
