Agility Drills 4
Happy holidays, Game Changers! Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I know you’re probably focusing on the feast ahead of you. When you get a break from daydreaming about turkey and sweet potatoes, I’ve got a great #Tashatips video to check out. It’s time for the fourth and final video in our agility series, so grab some cones, and let’s talk about Agility Squares!
You’ll need four cones set ten yards apart – and that’s it! There are so many variations on this exercise; you can use it to work on your lateral movements, backward movements, or sprints. The possibilities are endless.
In today’s video, I’ll walk you through some of my favorite Agility Square drills to help step up your game in a major way. Do these exercises before or after your workout, or incorporate them with the other agility drills we’ve discussed for a high-powered, focused routine.
Get started with a few of the variations I swear by, including:
- Star Formation
You can modify these drills to meet your needs, too. Don’t be afraid to move the cones closer together or farther apart to tailor your workout. Comment below to tell me how you’re customizing the Agility Squares!
Don’t forget that my FREE Agility Workout Action Plan is just a click away – download it for a refresher on all of my favorite agility drills. I love your feedback, so let me know what you think!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and don’t skimp on the pumpkin pie! I’ll be back with more #Tashatips soon.
What are your favorite variations on the 20 Yard Shuttle? I’d love to hear about the drills that keep you fast on your feet. Keep changing the game every day, and I’ll see you again soon!
