Long tee practice for hard slap
It’s time for another #Tashatip. I have you covered if you are a slapper that needs some drills that you can do on your own. This week we are giving you a great drill for you to practice hard slaps.
Sometimes we just want to get reps on our own, or we actually don’t have someone who can throw front toss to us. Thats where long tee come in!

- How to set the drill up
- Where you should focus on hitting the ball
- Where your ball should actually go
This drill is awesome for seeing instant results of seeing what you should adjust from rep tp rep.
